Performance & Competency Diagnostics

A series of diagnostic assessments for you and your team that show where performance is strong and where it is constrained. They cover leadership capability, team effectiveness and alignment, skills and competency gaps, and the behaviours and processes that shape project results.

Bimonthly Leadership Masterclasses

Six masterclasses delivered through virtual classrooms and online, one every two months across the program. Each is grounded in industry case studies that connect the diagnostics to real project outcomes and co-delivered with globally leading academics and industry practitioners.
